A founder of FKG, Ms. Kilpatrick applies her years of legal and consulting experience to assist client seeking to maximize the benefits of their involvement in the public policy process.  Her knowledge of issues and crisis management expertise has resulted in successful resolution of many public policy challenges for her clients.

Prior to establishing FKG with her partners in 2005, Mr. Kilpatrick built an extensive consulting practice, serving a number of Fortune 500 clients as well as governmental entities.  She also served as a consultant to the National Association of Insurance Commissioners as a member of their Accreditation team.

Ms. Kilpatrick's government experience includes serving as legal counsel to the Oklahoma Tax Commission and Deputy Insurance Commissioner, the chief administrator for the Oklahoma's elected insurance regulator.  Ms. Kilpatrick received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma College of Law.  She is admitted to practice law in all Oklahoma state courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma.
