Otie Ann Fried excels in strategic planning and legislative strategies.  She has more than 20 years of legislative experience in the public policy arena.  Her drive to engage in tough, controversial issues has gained her a reputation for comprehensive strategic thinking that has proven formidable regarding Oklahoma's state issues.  In the Oklahoma Legislature she staffed the powerful Senate Education Committee and then operated her own consulting business specializing in educational research before launching her lobbying career.
